Let's Get
Started!
Here are the five simple
steps below to help you... |
|
|
|
|
|
|
STEP ONE - Reserve Your Date
To reserve your date fax back the
contract and I'll then let you know it was received and that your date is reserved.
It's important to make your decision in a timely manor and fax it back since it's very common for people to become disappointed when they
wait thinking they need more time to make a decision, then find it's too late
since someone else that was quicker in making their decision ended up reserving
their date.

STEP TWO - Start Planning Your Music
Right now
is a good time to begin to put together your music
list, so that when we're close to your wedding date you will have had plenty of
time to crate it and have it ready in time. When done It can be emailed to me. If you need some ideas for
songs, my Plan Your Music page has a link saying Printable Music List where the
music centers around wedding receptions and where you can get some ideas; people find
this list very helpful. You can have me help you with this if you're not
interested in selecting all your music. Rather than you having to give me any song files, I will get all your songs
from iTunes if I don't already have
them.
Cocktail Hour & Dinner Music: There is a link on the Plan Your Music page
that you can choose music ideas from if you like or you can use the Reception
Planner mentioned below.
Ceremony Music: If you are
having me play your ceremony music you can either give me some guidelines, use my personal judgment on the selections, or let me know whatever selections
you would like.

STEP THREE - Planning Reception
Use my expertise to guide you with
any questions or concerns you might have about your reception. To
get things rolling take a look at the Plan Your Reception page, here you can get
an idea of some of the information that I will need and some details you should
start to think about. It has a place to enter things such as your first
dance song, tells you what order is traditional and other information. You
can save, revisit, pint and when you want select the send button and it will
email the info to me where I can print it out, make notes, get back to you with
any other needed details or questions.
Feel
free at any point to call or email me with any questions or if you need some
help with anything.

STEP FOUR - What I will Need on The Day
I can bring my own covered table if the location is not able to provide me with
a 6 foot skirted table. I will need to know ahead of time if I should bring my
own table. I will need one chair, one standard electrical power source,
and possibly an umbrella if I'm to be set up outside.
OUTDOOR: Ceremonies & Receptions: I will need shade if I am going to be outside
during the day/evening since I use computers and can't see the screen well
enough in un-shaded light. This may require a market type (free standing) umbrella.
DIRECTIONS:
Even if I worked at a location many times before, directions from a major freeway emailed to me is always
appreciated.

STEP FIVE - Your Wedding Day
I will be reachable even on your
wedding day by phone since all my calls go to my cell, so if any one needs to
get hold of me for any reason they are more than welcome to call me.

I prefer the balance to paid the day of the
wedding when the wedding is over in check form or cash. Often the best man is designated to hand
out the checks or cash balances at weddings.

That's It!
I get excited looking forward to the weddings
that I'm going to be disc jockeying at since the brides and grooms that hire me really appreciate the way I do
everything so different than other disc jockeys. I am really looking
forward to helping you the day of your wedding and want you to know that I'm
going to be there for you not only in a business since, but also
acting in a way that your best friend would act if they where helping you with this
part of your wedding. |
